| Ocean Majesty | |||||||||
| Page & Moy's charter of Ocean Majesty was coming to an end after many years. The final cruise of the season was originally Southampton to Piraeus on the 24th September 2009. Instead it was a shorter trip ending in Barcelona. Due to fog, she missed her 8.30am arrival time. I saw her pass the window fifteen minutes later but didn't have my camera handy and she docked at 9.10am. Her sailing was the usual 4pm so we decided to go to the Promenade for this one. Having seen her already in Helsinki, at sea, Saint Petersburg then Tallinn back in July I was looking forward to this final time on my doorstep. As we were nearing the Prom, I heard three parps and she was off eight minutes early so it was a mad dash to the front! | |||||||||
