1992 - Kim and Frank's marriage deteriorated and she began an affair with Neil Kincaid.

6th Oct 1992 Eric Pollard married Elizabeth Feldman

The grand opening of the Holiday Village The holiday village, opened by Frank Tate in 1992 is filmed at Rudding Park, three miles south of Harrogate.

January Elsa Feldmann returned to Beckindale and handed over her daughter Alice to Nick Bates to look after.

April Frank Tate took over Alan Turner's fish farm.
May The Holiday village was opened in May 1992 by The Lady Mayoress of Hotten.
September The Rt Hon Neil Kincaid's stable hand, Steve Marshal, persuaded Michael Feldmann to join his gang in a robbery at Home Farm.
October Eric Pollard and Elizabeth Feldmann were married on October 6th, but little did Elizabeth know, Eric was already married.

Michael Feldmann was arrested at the wedding and was later sentenced to four months in Roxleigh Prison.

November Kim Tate launches into an affair with the Rt Hon. Neil Kincaid.  
December Frank realised Kim was having an affair on Christmas day.
