On November 1st Kelly Glover fears that she will be forced to play second fiddle to Bob Hope and makes a pass at him in front of Viv at the Woolpack. Viv is horrified, as is Bob, but they both see through Kelly's game. A humiliated Kelly leaves Emmerdale for London. Kelly had been in the series since August 1993, played all that time by Adele Silva. Only Deena Payne (Viv) remains of the original Windsor cast.

On November 2nd Bernice Blackstock gets the shock of her life when she returns home early from her trip to Sorrento. She meets her father Rodney who she last saw in 1974.

Sarah Sugden died in a barn fire at Emmerdale Farm on November 16th.

Carol Wareing's first appearance was 17th November.

On November 30th (Cain's 26th birthday) Faith Dingle tells Zak that Cain is his son.
