Thursday 27th May 2004 ITV1 Review :- Charity encounters a face from the past who jepoardises her chances with Tom. Marlon thinks he's off the hook when he persuades Danny to date Donna. Scott rebuffs Chloe, hoping that the flame might be rekindled with
Zoe. Charity makes a spectacle of herself at Tom King’s dinner party, much to Sadie’s delight
Tom (Ken Farrington) invites Charity (Emma Atkins) to a dinner party he is hosting for old friends, but warns her they are a little conservative so to behave with some decorum! Charity is thrilled to be invited and promises to be on her best behaviour. However, Sadie (Patsy Kensit) has already been at work filling in the family friends on Charity’s colourful past and sparks are set to fly when her history is referred to by the other guests. Not prepared to take the flack lying down, Charity gives as good as she gets and causes a huge scene. Meanwhile, Sadie acts ignorant to the display. When the guests leave, Tom is furious with Charity and an argument ensues. Charity is livid and storms away from the house. Having upset Donna (Verity Rushworth) Marlon adds a further blow to her ego, when he is caught paying Danny (Cleveland Campbell) to take her out on a date for the night. Donna is devastated that he could stoop so low and feels utterly depressed and worthless. Meanwhile, at Home Farm, Scott (Ben Freeman) has been eagerly awaiting Zoe’s (Leah Bracknell) return from Brussels, but when she takes delight in telling him how much fun she had with ex girlfriend Callie, Scott finds himself insanely jealous. To cover his unease, he tells Zoe he and Chloe (Amy Nuttall) have been flirting again recently. Little does he know his news has the same affect on Zoe.
