EMMERDALE Review :-
The Dingles hatch a plan to help Sam avoid prison. Sadie resolves to get Jimmy back in Tom’s good books. A vile Steph makes Shelly doubt her feelings for Turner. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Sam (James Hooton) is terrified when his solicitor confirms that he is likely to be looking at a custodial sentence of six months for the hit and run incident. Afterwards, he tells Belle (Emily Mather) that he is going to do a runner to Chile to find his dad. Marlon (Mark Charnock) arrives to find Sam with his bag packed, ready to go. He tries to stop him but Sam is adamant that he can’t cope in prison. Marlon reluctantly suggests they come up with a better idea between them. Will Sam be facing a future on the run from the law?
Sadie (Patsy Kensit) attempts to use her seductive powers to persuade Jimmy (Nick Miles) to tell her what has been going on, but gets nowhere. Meanwhile Carl (Tom Lister) is sporting a black eye and is shaken when Matthew (Matt Healy) blames him for Tom (Ken Farrington) learning the truth. Matthew is adamant to Jimmy that he didn’t know Tom was planning to hand the business over to him. Later Jimmy confides in Sadie, who is astonished by Tom’s plans. Elsewhere in the village, Steph (Lorraine Chase) won’t leave Shelly (Carolyn Pickles) alone and claims she is making Turner (Richard Thorp) unhappy. Shelly is adamant that she is with him for the right reasons. Steph’s harsh words make Shelly begin to question herself. Can her relationship with Turner survive Steph’s efforts to cause a rift between them?
