EMMERDALE
Review :- Shelly’s horrified when Viv fills her in on the gold digging rumours. Baby Noah causes a warming between Charity and Zoe.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tom discovers the truth behind Paul’s death After taking a break in at the yard, Tom (Ken Farringtron) lays into his head of security about the number of recent incidents. It transpires that the guard knows nothing about the call out on the night of Tom’s engagement party. Tom smells a rat as he questions his sons and calls their bluff by telling them he has checked with the police and the break-in was never reported. Realising they have been rumbled, the brothers do their best to come up with a story.
Tom gets Carl (Tom Lister) on his own and demands the truth from his son. Under pressure, Carl eventually reveals the truth behind Paul’s accident, leaving Tom stunned. Meanwhile, Sadie (Patsy Kensit) enjoys watching Charity (Emma Atkins) struggle with Noah (Alfie Mortimer) and takes delight in reminding her of her work duties. Charity bumps into Zoe (Leah Bracknell) in the shop and offers to let her spend some time with Noah the following week. Zoe reluctantly offers her some advice on getting the baby off to sleep. Elsewhere in the village, Shelly (Carolyn Pickles) is horrified when Viv (Deena Payne) questions her decision to give up work, hinting that she will now be living off Turner (Richard Thorp). Shelly confronts manipulative Steph (Lorraine Chase) about the rumours. Steph instantly denies any involvement.
