Rodney and Danny have a fight over Val
Val (Charlie Hardwick) fails in her attempts to end her fling with Danny (Cleveland Campbell) and the pair end up in a passionate embrace in the antiques barn. The rendezvous is caught on CCTV without their knowledge, and when some antiques are stolen later that day, Rodney (Patrick Mower) plays back the tape only to witness Val and Danny’s clinch.
Furious that Val has been two-timing him, Rodney pins Danny up against
a wall but Danny is equally shocked to discover Val’s betrayal.
The pair decide to confront her together, but when Rodney makes a sarcastic
comment to Danny the punches begin to fly.
Meanwhile, Marlon (Mark Charnock) shows Turner (Richard Thorp) a thank you letter he has received from the family of Carrie (Laura Crossley), the girl who received Tricia’s donated heart. Turner realises that this is the same girl that he read about in a local newspaper. He shows the article to Marlon who becomes curious to learn more about Carrie.
Having sought legal advice, Dawn (Julia Mallam) is annoyed to learn that the only way she’ll be able to take TJ abroad is to get permission from Terry (Billy Hartman). Bob (Tony Audenshaw) suggests she go alone and leave TJ with him, but Dawn is adamant that she can’t leave her baby behind.
