IN ORDER OF APPEARANCE
Zak Dingle Steve Halliwell
Infatuated Robert tries to win Katie back, but she tells him he missed
He tracks her down but Katie is not in a forgiving mood and, with her marriage in tatters, she angrily tells him he had his chance and he blew it.
Meanwhile things are pretty crowded at the Dingles’. Lisa (Jane Cox) is fed up with sleeping on the couch, whilst Shadrach (Andy Devine) sleeps in her bed. Zak (Steve Halliwell) reassures her that Shadrach could be locked away in two days time when he goes to court over the whisky theft.
Later Shadrach reminds them he is taking the rap for Zak and Sam (James Hooton) and makes a few demands in return. He insists that they get him a date for his last night of freedom.
When Steph (Lorraine Chase) later asks Zak if she can store some dodgy stock at the Dingles’, he sees an opportunity and agrees to accept the stock on the understanding that she meets him the following night in the pub to discuss returning the favour. How will Steph react when Zak sends Shadrach along in his place?
Despite one of the Dingle dogs devouring an important work file, Charity (Emma Atkins) continues to prove her worth to Tom King (Ken Farrington). Her hard graft pays off when he agrees to give her a permanent position working for the family business.
