Review :-

When Charity and Paddy come to Zoe’s rescue, it’s Scott who persuades her that she needs help.Carl uses Chloe to make Chas jealous, though Chloe thinks it’s the real deal. Diane gets uppity about her wedding plans.

Zoe (Leah Bracknell) cowers under the kitchen table, clinging to Joseph (Oliver Young) and Jean (Meg Pearson) and praying desperately. Terrified Joseph tries to escape but Zoe grabs him, insisting he stay where he is safe. The young boy complains he is hungry and his aunty agrees to fix him something to eat.

Meanwhile, Paddy (Dominic Brunt), Charity (Emma Atkins) and Scott (Ben Freeman) are frantically banging on the door outside and eventually see no option but to call the police. Paranoid Zoe shouts out that someone is trying to steal her children and in a panic the pan catches fire.

Seeing the smoke and fearing for his daughter, Scott breaks in to the house and tries to coax Zoe into handing over Jean. Meanwhile, Paddy smothers the fire with a blanket and Zoe adamantly insists they are trying to steal the children from her.

Scott tries to get Zoe from under the table.

The police arrive and tell Scott they will get her medical help but warn him it looks as though she will need to be

sectioned. Scott sits beside terrified Zoe who starts to cry when Joseph admits she is scaring him.

Elsewhere, Sadie (Patsy Kensit) is annoyed that Jimmy (Nick Miles) is having second thoughts about building a house in the village but he tells her he is sick of being his dad’s dogsbody and wants to go it alone. How will Sadie react to the news that her husband wants out of the lucrative family business?

Over at the pub, Chas (Lucy Pargeter) is disgusted as she watches Carl (Tom Lister) flirting with Chloe (Amy Nuttall). Enjoying Chas’ reaction, Carl winds her up further by ordering a bottle of champagne for him and Chloe. However, Chloe is bemused when he loses interest in her as soon as they get home.

While Scott, Paddy and Charity decide what to do about her Zoe hides under a table indoors with the children, listening to sombre music and clutching a paper cross as she prays. Unnerved by his auntís behaviour Joseph gets up from the floor. When Zoe stops him leaving the room he tells her that she is hungry and Zoe goes into the kitchen and heats some oil in a pan. Zoe forgets the pan and it catches light. When Scott, Paddy and Charity smell smoke Scott breaks in at the back door and finds Zoe and the children.
While Paddy puts the fire out Zoe tells Scott that she believes they have come to take the children away from her. The police arrive, having been called by Paddy and by Zoe, who told them that someone was trying to break into her house. Scott explains to the police that Zoe is having a schizophrenic episode and asks to be allowed to talk to her so he can get her to realise that she is ill and needs help. Scott manages to get through to Zoe and she breaks down. The police tell Scott that it looks as if Zoe will have to be sectioned.
As Carl and new housemate Chloe flirt with one another Chas glares at them from behind the bar. When Carl comes up to the bar Chas attempts to make him jealous by commenting on all over Sydís tan. Carl orders a bottle of champagne and asks Chas to bring it over. Chas stares at him in disbelief. Later Carl disappoints Chloe when she hints at sharing his bed because her single bed is too small. Not taking the hint Carl tells Chloe that he's not giving up his bed for her.
Jimmy snaps at Sadie when she tries to find out why heís changed his mind. Later he apologises and admits that heís had enough of working for the family business and wants to be his own man. Sadie has her reservations and tells Jimmy that he could be risking everything.
