Tuesday 29th February
Eric Pollard was thrilled to be hailed a 'Local Hero' by the tabloids for his part in the Graham Saga but as he entered The Woolpack he was taunted with calls of 'Judas'. Sergeant Angie Reynolds was at the end of some questioning for a change - the press wanted to know why she'd failed to spot dodgy Graham - and her day got worse when Viv Windsor wouldn't accept Ollie's mumbled apology for shoplifting. Marlon had fun at Laura's birthday bash by convincing Tricia that the party was fancy dress. Once dressed as a bunny, Tricia proceeded to be as rampant as one for the rest of the evening and, with hormones raging, she realised that sharing a room with Bernice was not conducive to love. She asked Kathy if she could become her lodger - lucky Kathy! A jealous Sarah hated seeing Richie flirting with Angie (of all people) as they played ass-the-Balloon and she went off in a huff. Chris Tate recognised Daletech as a possible acquisition but only if Richie gets rid of Scott. Zak r!
eturned home to his harem at Wishing Well Cottage the worse for a few beers having won money on a horse called Old Flame - he really knows how to rustle some feathers, does Zak! A furious Lisa threw his dinner at him and proffered the ultimatum, either Nellie leaves or she does.
Wednesday 1st March
At the end of her tether, Lisa rose at dawn and, taking Belle, she left the cottage. Nellie told Zak she'd never attempt such emotional blackmail and offered to leave immediately to throw herself at the mercy of the Social. Only Zak missed the manoeuvre and, convinced that Lisa was in the wrong, he set out to drag her home. Zak looks terrifying when he's mad, but Lisa stood her ground and accused him of being lily-livered in not turfing Nellie onto the street - fair point! Paddy excitedly prepared for Mandy's return but the only knock at the door was from Lisa and Belle needing a bed for the night. Sean cooked up a way to shock Ollie into repentance for her shoplifting and arranged for a squad car to pick up the young delinquent and take her in for questioning. However, the whole scheme backfired when it turned Ollie even more against her parents. Kathy got herself a new housemate and enough junk for a boot sale thrown in for good measure and Terry was humiliated when!
laudia rejected him.
Thursday 2nd March
Like that advert for Yellow Pages, Kathy thought she'd been burgled until she discovered that new housemate Tricia and mess come hand in hand. Although Paddy is fond of Lisa and Belle he feared the wrath of Zak for sheltering his wife and child - with good reason! Anxious Ashley did his best to convince Lisa not to break up the family but was firmly told by Lisa that it's Nellie who's doing the 'breaking up'. Not put off by the Dingle's rows, Emily wrote to the missing person's helpline in a bid to trace her errant father. Claudia tried to build bridges with Terry by asking him out for a drive but the hurt Terry realised that it was only to make Chris jealous. He told Claudia that Chris has never got over Kathy which prompted her to pop into the Diner to suss out the competition. Maybe it's just men that Kathy is blinded by because she immediately saw through the scheming Claudia and her designs on Chris.
