CCC’s BOWEL CANCER AWARENESS CAMPAIGN 2004

CCC is currently running the most comprehensive Awareness Campaign in the history of the charity and the disease – a groundbreaking year-long National Lottery funded initiative which aims to reach 17 million people in the UK.

The campaign focuses on public awareness targeting: GP waiting rooms, pubs, city and county councils and people at their place of work.

The charity’s hardhitting Sh*t Scared? Pub Campaign is being launched on 13 September 2004. It targets men and women of all ages and aims to reach drinkers at 30,000 public houses across the UK - using posters, beer mats and media activity to raise awareness of the disease.
